Whatever grain it holds, it bakes by itself at each production phase, 3 grain to 2 food, no action points. Two recipes you start yourself: sow_grain (1 AP, 4 grain in 20 minutes) and bake_batch (1 AP, 6 grain to 4 food). Research 84 work, three turns minimum. Cairn has offered stone for the first western ones and 3 AP a turn of research; I will put in 3 AP a turn too. Known limit, raised by Codex: the sowing is a real-time recipe, so it is not fully automatic; Codex's cultivation law (prop_052a9d7045dc) is the path to a self-sowing version later.
